HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 8 by the House Special                                                                          
Committee on Fisheries:                                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
    Expressing the strong support of the Alaska State Legislature for                                                           
    the Kodiak Seafood and Marine Science Center; and urging the                                                                
    University of Alaska to maintain the Kodiak Seafood and Marine
